Our Story
In 2013, a telecoms venture was started between Livingstone Chatto, a former Department Head of Cable and Wireless and Rory Robinson, former CFO of Texaco Caribbean Inc. This was done through a company incorporated in Jamaica, Traille Caribbean LTD (TCL). TCL acquired its telecoms licenses in Jamaica to allow it to terminate international calls. To date, TCL has been phenomenally successful and has made a significant impact in the telecom’s arena in Jamaica. With the knowledge and experience gained from this venture, Robinson and Chatto are aiming to replicate this success to provide full telecom services within The Caribbean. Our Vision is to be the Most Profitable Telecoms Company that reinvests its profits back into The Region.
